Shipping
We know you want your orders filled fast. Get your order in by 1 pm Central Standard Time Monday-Friday, and in most cases, we’ll ship it out the same day. (Our current "in stock" percentage rate is 99.7%.)

Orders are shipped either from our Chicago, IL warehouse or direct from the manufacturer. (Because we partner with so many construction supply manufacturers, we can often drop ship items from various areas of U.S. to keep shipping prices low.)

Tip: Learn your shipping charge before you place your order. Just put the items you want in your shopping cart, and complete the name and address screen ONLY. Then use your back button to see the charges for different UPS shipping choices, (Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day) before you order.

Billing
Credit Cards - We welcome and encourage Government Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

For your protection, our Accounting Department will be in touch with you as soon as your order is placed on our Web site. All orders placed before 1:00 C.T., will be shipped the same day.

Purchase order – If you have an Open account with us, please include your purchase number when placing a order.

Fax Orders: Most fax orders received before 1:00 p.m. C.T., will be shipped the same day.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refund Policy
We will refund to you the entire purchase price of any UNOPENED and UNUSED item for any reason. Simply email us your request for a return authorization, pack the item up, and send it back to us. (We will provide you the return address along with authorization.)

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or a note, so we can credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (i.e., credit card). You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us, unless the error was ours.

Illinois Customers
We are required by law to charge sales tax to Illinois customers. Due to contractual agreements, FastenMSC.com does not ship to portions of Illinois.
